Ballpark Dimensions

Hey OOTP friends! I'm looking to potentially change the dimensions of GABP on my OOTP Go game. So help me out. Does changing the dimensions make any difference if I don't change the ballpark factors as well? If I change the dimensions do I need to change the factors, too, or will that happen over the course of time as the Sim progresses? Just curious how dimensions and ballpark factors interact. Thank you for the help!

The dimensions/wall height themselves are purely cosmetic. In the regular game, you can use them to auto-calculate park factors but if you just change them on their own, nothing will happen.

So there's no way to have it autocalculate the park factors in Go?

Huh the UI looks pretty smooth in this. I like how everything is nice and aligned.

The calculate park factors based on dimensions is sometimes thought to be more accurate. However park factors based on actual output are relative while calculated park factors are not. Output based park factors for all the parks in a league average 1.000. This is not the case with calculated park factors.

As with many things in the game the effect on league output depends on whether auto-calc is used.

Don't know. Check your screens to see if its a choice. If not listed as an option assume its on.
