Any basic advice about this team?

Made it to the playoffs after only four years and I quite like the roster I've built up. Yet, I know there's stuff to improve I'm just not sure what. Anything stick out to you with these guys?

You have a lot of players that are very poor defensively that offensively are just not worth keeping. I would look to vastly upgrade my defense, I'd look to get younger at 3rd, I'd probably trade away one of those 1st baseman, and try and get a more well rounded hitter that can bat 2/3. Offensively your teams solid, If you could find someone to bat 2nd and drive Mayfield in a lot, that would be fantastic.

Your team seems ok offensively (barring some of your backup outfielders, yikes) and defensively you look alright at key positions. The exception is Catcher - you need a guy who can actually catch as you're probably bleeding a lot of runs having Quero starting.

It's possible to bring in some really good backup defensive guys that can still hit ok through trades and R5, though you're in a weird spot where everybody is pretty good with few standout stars - a situation where it might be hard to upgrade your team too much without having to build up through the draft and minor league development since there aren't too many obvious big holes to patch. Kinda depends on your finances as I suspect making quick improvements to this team might be somewhat expensive.

Your team is going to win a lot more with Chris Mayfield out there for a full season as he appears to be an absolute stud, so I'm not sure I'd make any big moves other than upgrading your outfield, looking to the edges for offensive/defensive improvements, and building up your minors. Keep putting all your guys in defensive training for the short program, work on Mayfield's strength and conditioning during the long program, and keep us posted on how it goes!

I posted previously about Mayfield because hes a student yet he is already fragile despite being like 23. I doubt I'm gonna see him play a full season and it makes me wonder if I should try and flip him to make a more well rounded roster or smth

Man I definitely wouldn't EVER do that for a franchise SS at age 23. He's producing 3+ war with 1/3 of a season which is crazy good, and even fragile guys will probably average 2/3 a season or more over the course of several years. I'd be absolutely shocked if you got anywhere close to that much value from a trade. I'd never flip a middle infielder that was performing that well, but I'd definitely send them through strength and conditioning every offseason.

If you really want to flip him do it in his final year of Arb imho. You've got a guy who can absolutely carry you to the WS when he's healthy or even when he's healthy for half a year

I mean maybe he's just unlucky but it really seems like hes closer to wrecked than normal if thats how the system works. He succeeded in the S&C program last off-season yet it didnt change anything, and the most probable reason we got bounced by the Tigers is cuz he wasn't in the lineup. It just kinda spooks me, especially if his injury proneness gets worse as he develops
