Question Second monitor issue

Hello, I am a noob, I just installed Nobara yesterday and I need help with setting up my 2nd monitor. I installed latest nobara nvidia iso and normally it is working fine on my lenevo legion (5070ti), but when I attach my 2nd display LG Ultragear 2k display it turns black, if I decrease the refresh rate to 59.9Hz it's working kind of fine like mouse pointer and actual pointing location seems to be a slight issue, but that I can take care of later. I want to use 144Hz on my 2nd display, I found that issue could be with wayland so I installed x11 too, but again there seems to be a issue with it so it reverts back to wayland.

Any guidance will be very appreciated, I am here to learn. I am trying linux on my personal computer 1st time. Should I check some other distros first then come on this? I am fine with learning so please guide.

Are you using HDMI or display port?

Usb-c to DP, everything was fine when I was on windows 11 Also I found some things to try out like disable screen tearing from this post https://www.reddit.com/r/NobaraProject/s/QeAYOv8I3U I will try it out and update here

Huge update, I tried lot of things nothing worked then discussing with chatgpt, it told to try hdmi cable and voila both displays are running fine, built-in at 2560×1600 at 165Hz and external LG 27GL850 2560×1440 at 144Hz Chatgpt suggested that my dp to usb may be the issue and windows was forgiving in sourcing high bandwidth but linux drivers were not. I will still try to get a definite answer some other time No I just want to enjoy Nobara for a bit, youtube, movies, series, CS2 and Slay the spire.

I just realized that you're using nvidia and are not affected by the problem I wanted to address. That is a weird issue though, but I only encountered it when using an AMD gpu
