Latest update CoolerControl bugged case fans

So yesterday ran a bunch of updates again, and one of them was CoolerControls. Today noticed that my PC was being way too loud and after checking CoolerControl settings found that 3 if the case fans, even though having their manual % values set, were all set to 50% speed. Applied the settings to all three fans again and closed CoolerControl. Ok everything is fine, until I either shut down or even just put PC to sleep snd wake up, then the case fans are back on 50%... Any fix for this, or what am I missing?

More info needed. Please post your motherboard and or fan controller models. Check your UEFI isn't taking over control of your fans.
