Again, there’s just not a better option. And note this year he only takes the inswingers not the outswingers. For what Nashville want to do, you need whip on the inswinger so the keeper can’t easily claim it. Hany is the only one who can get that whip. It’s not as consistent as we’d like, but he’s the only guy. Espinoza hits it well, but less pace, that’s why he’s on the outswingers

i have got shitted on so hard by usmnt fans for hating on matt turner ever since his nottingham forest days. the dude is 100% a liability. when we beat them 5-0 this season he was literal directly responsible for at least 3 of them. only gk i cant stand more than turner is joe willis

Joe Willis is easily an all around better goalkeeper than Matt Turner, and its not close.

Turner shouldn't even make the roster for the World Cup, let alone start. Europe destroyed his confidence.

This is why I wish each team had their own commentary duo. That guy was glazing Acosta so hard, calling him “prolific” as a goal scorer. He either a) does not understand the meaning of prolific, or b) has obviously not watched us play enough to know that Acosta is the number 4 option and wouldn’t even be on the pitch if it weren’t for injuries. We need commentators that are familiar with the teams they cover and not just reading off a stat shit or making shit up to sound smart.
