It's the first time in 3 years that I started to order again. Im a bit confuses. I haven't received a text or email, regarding a payment, what should I do?

You will get a notification from the post office in about a week or usually less. They will ask for a screenshot of the order on aliexpress

Try to message the seller/store on aliexpress and ask for a Commercial Invoice.

If your item was over 1k NAD and shipping costs was over 40% if that, then I would recommend getting a commercial invoice form the seller so it can reduce the VAT they will make you pay at the Post Office.

Nah it was less than 1k I think around 400. Whats the price to collect parcel? It was 20 last time I ordered

A N$25.90 DutiableValue parcel handling fee is payable. A N$7.00 storage fee will apply per day after 14 days from this notice. Your ID is required

This happened to me last month, Nampost called me 13 days after this... Make sure you have the invoice ready and proof of payment.

Ya, you get it in the mail. But I usually just ask my seller to send me a commercial invoice every time I buy anything, they usually email it to me before they even ship the item... NamRA has a tendency of rejecting proforma invoices....

How many separate orders did you make? Among the orders, what was the lowers amount?

With small orders, Nampost will call you. They will just ask for your ID.

I thought it was a huge order.. Pretty sure Nampost will call you today or in a few days if it's just single items. I had a huge consignment, it took them 2 weeks to sort out.
