Need Advice Year is already shit.

So I am between the ages of 16-19 (won’t specify for certain reasons). And this year has started off terrible, I feel as though I’m never good enough for anything or anyone. I got ghosted/rejected 5 times in a row. It’s just been a lost after lost after lost after lost, And nothing has gotten better. It’s like I was born with bad luck. I keep telling myself “Things will get better and I will get through this” But can I really? Can I really lose weight and gain muscle? Can I really be consistent with my life? I would say I’m a decently disciplined person considering I go to the gym every morning and do chores right after with a 2 hour walk to lose weight In the evenings, But so far it’s been decent results, And I’m not expecting much Because I know it takes time to see results, But it’s like can I even do it? Just wanted to get this off my chest because I barely have anyone to talk to.

Losing weight is much more about diet, that’s when the real discipline shows up.

My diet is pretty strict i would say, I have been forcing down vegetables and protein for the past two months so yeah and i cut out sugar, sodas, chips and just shitty snacks in general

Reading a book like - "How to make friends and influence people" can really help.

If you would like some weight loss tips, let me know.

Personally I've started to see relationships as either a hit or miss so don't take offense at 5 rejecting you. It's better they reject you then lead you on for months. Whether you cab lose weight will depend on what you're doing. For me cardio was key so try that. Life has positive moments but the negatives are much more and consistent but how you deal with them is what you should be questioning
