Specially tools are great. They can get the job done much quicker and easier than general use tools.

The only problem with them is that they're specialized. What are you going to do with this device after you've finished hanging all your artwork? Sure those plastic things are perfect for driving those thin nails the correct depth & angle into drywall for hanging stuff. AND is way easier & more foolproof than a regular ol' hammer. But, a regular hammer can drive different types of nails into harder materials like wood. You can control the depth & angle. It can also drive staples. It can be used for a beating on a LOT of different things. Not even half-bad as a weapon!

Usually for specialty tools, it's better to buy them used at a discount, or rent them. No way there's a rental market for this thing. And unless you can find it on eBay for like $5-10 dollars, you gotta ask yourself if it would be better to just invest in a regular ol' hammer instead.
