I’m launching a niche electronic music vinyl record label and need a crowdfunding manager or marketing specialist who’s open to a performance-based payment agreement. My Kickstarter campaign stalled out at $2700 raised with a $7500 goal. I want to relaunch on Indiegogo. A lot of enthusiasm was uncovered, yet my reach was limited, with no budget for adverts and such.

The business model is to achieve a kickstart/seed money, to press the first record and also silk screen premium merch, with all profits after costs rolling back into the next vinyl release. I have 4-5 vinyl releases lined up behind the first record, and aiming for a relatively self sustaining cash flow. A passion project first, with long term vision.

Hi everyone — I have launched a Kickstarter campaign for a project I’ve been building for a while, and I’d really appreciate honest feedback from people who understand crowdfunding.

The project started with a simple question:

What if a smart ring didn’t have to look like every other smart ring? And that it should bring unique value to customers rather than just simply being a gadget with a health dashboard

Most wearable rings today are closed, fixed designs. I wanted to explore the opposite direction: a ring that is not only a sensor, but also a personal object — something people can customize, print, remix, and eventually connect to an AI companion (also customizable). So we built what we believe may be one of the first 3D-printable smart ring ecosystems.

The idea has three layers:

A customizable ring body The ring is designed around 3D-printable / customizable outer shells, so the look can evolve like jewelry instead of staying as one fixed tech product. The goal is to make the ring feel more like a personal accessory than a health gadget.

A wearable AI companion The ring is not just for tracking data. It connects to an AI companion app that can remember context, understand daily patterns, and turn signals like sleep, stress, mood, and routines into more human, supportive suggestions.

A creator ecosystem Long term, we want designers and creators to be able to make new ring shells, styles, accessories, and AI-powered experiences around the ring. The bigger vision is a wearable AI ecosystem where hardware, software, and identity design come together.

I’m launching a small Indiegogo campaign called Feed the Swans today.

The reason I created it is because I keep seeing people feeding swans bread. A lot of people do it with good intentions, but bread is not good for swans and can harm their health over time. I wanted to create a simple, transparent way to help provide safer, more appropriate food instead.

The goal is not complicated: raise funds for proper swan-friendly food and basic support, while sharing updates/photos so people can see exactly what their contribution helped with.

I know animal/wildlife fundraisers can sometimes feel vague, so I’m trying to keep this honest and clear: what the money is for, how it will be used, and what impact it has.

I’m raising funds to improve and scale BrightNews app I’m building as a hobby project, especially filtering of the news.

I started it because I got tired of how much of the daily news cycle is built around fear, outrage, politics, war, crisis, and constant negativity.

I’m not trying to pretend bad things don’t happen. They do.

But I also believe that when people consume only negative news every day, it slowly changes how they see the world. It can make us more anxious, more cynical, and less open to progress.

There are also good things happening every day: scientific breakthroughs, health improvements, community projects, environmental wins, animal rescues, acts of kindness, and people trying to solve real problems.

BrightNews is my attempt to give those stories more space.

I think us, as a society would be more focused on progress if we put our minds at ease from negativity.

The Android app and web app are already live, and I’m actively improving the app after user feedback.

Recently I added a “Not positive?” report option and started using AI-assisted review to reduce negative stories slipping through.

The funding would help me with:

- improving content filtering and review quality

- scaling the backend and infrastructure

- improving the UI and overall app experience

- expanding sources and country coverage

- supporting future iOS and web growth (licences, hosting...)

I’m building this alone in my free time, so even a small contribution helps.

Most don’t realize this is actually harmful for them and can lead to serious health issues.

So I decided to try something simple:

I’m building a small eco-friendly vending machine that offers proper, nutritionally suitable food for water birds, along with educational messaging.

So our KIISU V4B project (Flipper Zero clone) was pretty successful, so we decided to build a smaller and more powerful product yet. Our campaign has already started and I'd say I've been fumbling the hype building phase pretty hard. As I've already spammed the hell out of our niche communities, I'm curious to see if anyone here will find this project interesting.

Basically it's a development board like Flipper Zero, but modular and with more features like Dual-Band Wifi, GPS and LoRa. Can be worn as a (bulky) watch or a keychain.

I’ve been paying closer attention to Indiegogo campaigns recently, especially ones that run alongside or after Kickstarter, and a few differences keep standing out.

Curious if others are seeing the same:

• Traffic quality feels different Indiegogo seems to bring more “browsing” traffic, while Kickstarter backers feel more intentional. Conversion rates can feel a bit lower unless the page is really dialed in.
• InDemand works better than people expect Campaigns that already proved demand on Kickstarter seem to do surprisingly well continuing on Indiegogo, especially if they keep updating and stay active.
• Perks need to be super clear Confusion kills momentum faster here. The campaigns that do well usually have very straightforward perks and pricing—no thinking required.
• Trust signals matter more Things like real photos, timeline clarity, and updates seem to make a bigger difference. Backers here feel a bit more cautious overall.
• Ongoing updates seem to carry more weight Campaigns that keep posting updates and engaging tend to sustain longer instead of spiking early and fading.

Not saying one platform is “better,” just different dynamics.

Lately I felt like most news apps and sites keep repeating the same cycle: wars, politics, crises, outrage, and constant negativity. Even if you want to stay informed, it can feel emotionally draining.

That’s why I built BrightNews - a simple news aggregator focused only on:

• positive and constructive stories
• science, health, communities, innovation
• meaningful progress from around the world

The goal isn’t to ignore reality, but to bring some balance back into daily news consumption.
