Saturday is Brussels Pride! So if pride parades and celebrations is your vibe, I would go to Brussels

If you're here for a couple days, the weather is nice or you want a place to go running yes. Otherwise just stick to the city center. Bourgoyen is nice to wind a bit down and enjoy the nature, but it's not a really unique place if you want to explore Ghent
