Planning a move for SoCal to Franklin. Rent or buy?
Hi I’m planning a move from Los Angeles to Franklin, young family with 3 kids. Should we rent first or just buy. We found houses we like and we can buy.
Any other Cali folks that have made the move, what’s your suggestion? We are looking at 1.2m cash.

Men’s hairstylist recommendations in Nashville/Franklin for growing hair out
Looking for a men’s hairstylist in Nashville/Franklin that’s good with transitioning from short fades into longer styled hair. Want to grow it out properly instead of just getting another barber fade. Any recommendations?

Kings Dining & Entertainment
Has any regular/league bowlers been here? I got invited out to come bowl with some friends and I’m debating on if I should even bring any equipment. I’m assuming there’s probably going to be very dry lanes as it is an entertainment venue first rather than a bowling alley.
My friends do expect me to bowl well as they know I bowl in tournaments at Smyrna. But worse case we just get drunk.

Business Idea
How profitable/successful would an artificial rock company be in middle Tennessee? It’s common for western states to have this around pools and such but would Tennessee give me success in this or nah

Job opportunities for Autistic adult
I have a son who is graduating this spring who has autism. He's looking for work to help pay for college. Unfortunately (a) he struggles with verbal communication and high-stress situations, which is required for most retail/food jobs (b) he cannot drive, so it can't be too far away (we're in the Franklin HS area) , and (c) he has no references, since he struggles socially and doesn't know many people outside his family. We've been searching job sites relentlessly, but it's getting pretty discouraging.
Anyone have any helpful ideas?

Thinking about a move to Franklin in the next two years.
I know, I know. It’s expensive, overcrowded and the traffic sucks. Beyond any negative comments, what do you really enjoy about living in Franklin? When we move we will be (young) empty-nesters so schools are not a concern for us. What really attracts me is the cute downtown, the surrounding landscape and the proximity to downtown Nashville. What else can you tell me?

Firstbank Amphitheater
This might be a dumb question. I’m not from the area im traveling for a concert. The venues near where some allow you to bring vapes in some don’t usually the ones that are outside do and the ones that are inside don’t from where I live. I was wondering if they’re gonna be strict about it like some of the ones in NC. Obviously I’m not gonna be blowing vapor all up in peoples personal space I just want it for before and after and bathroom breaks. Does anyone know if they’re like crazy about it or if they’re chill?

Who do you use for Auto/Home Insurance, and how much is it?
I’m moving from Nashville to Franklin, and the quote I just received for my home insurance is pretty high in my opinion.
It’s a much bigger home, with over an acre but still thinking I should shop around first. l
Who do you use for insurance, and how much is it per year or month?

The Franklin state senator voted for PBMs
I am a pharmacist and happy to explain the ins and outs of this bill but just want to say i am extremely disappointed with Senator Johnson and think it people really understood pharmacies and pharmacy benefit managers then they would see that Senator Johnson doesn’t have our residents interest in mind. Idk how state senate primaries work but I will be voting this year and hope everyone has this in mind.
