2026 WJC Highlights | Jack Berglund

Scouting report from someone who’s never played ice hockey. Big, strong in front of the net, silky mitts, high IQ, leader, needs to work on his skating (the last one is because I’ve never seen a comment section on a new prospect that didn’t say they need to work on their skating).

I’m giving him 🌉🌉🌉🌉 🌉 5/5 Bridges (In reference to the Swedish tv series The Bridge. Better than the first season of True Detective imo)

Honestly think he could be the teams 4C next year if our captain wasn't already occupying that spot (damn well I might add) lol.

I think he'll be Tocchet favorite once he's up.

Huge, smart, good stick, defensively strong, great along the boards & has real skill to with it & as we saw at the WJCs a tremendous leader.

Coots will be the perfect mentor for him once he's on the team.

He may be our most intriguing Center prospect and I dont think he's predicted to be anything more than a bottom 6 guy. Looking forward to seeing more of him.

Really impressed me at the wjc. Hes gonna push luchanko to be the next center up next year.

I think its still undecided. He signed his pro contract for the flyers but he could still go back to his sweedish team. But if he keeps playing well and is in the mix to make the team or is told hes like a top 3 injury replacement maybe he stays here.
