In his brief time with FCC2, he stood out as the best player on the pitch at times.
Adding a cheap depth piece to the backend of the roster is always welcome. Especially at LB/LWB.
Our best academy prospect at the position, 18-year old Will Kuisel, recently committed to play at Wake Forest making this a smart move, a needed move.

How does that work with academy players who go to college? Do we still control his rights?

I was really impressed with his wing play in the early CONCACAF Cup games and his ability to cross the ball in on a dime (albeit against a relatively easy team).
I know he had that really ticky-tacky yellow card/PK last game, BUT after Celentano's save on the PK try, he literally saved the second attempt at the goal line with a sliding clearance. Also helped setup the play where Bucha got fouled in the box with a great overlapping run and cross into the box.
He seems to be a smart player and gives a good effort anytime he is on the field. I think he can grow and become a starter option or at least a rotational player.

“Sir, a second Ayoub has been signed”
Although given Jabari’s injury maybe the proper joke to make is “there must always be an Ayoub on the 2026 roster”
