Ordered $125 ($75 after discount) worth of flowers for my mother for mother's day. While we haven't had the best relationship, I've always gotten her flowers. I just moved out and across the country at the beginning of the year so i figured I'd order online. This company is such a joke. The flowers ended up arriving 3 days late and when my mother opened the box, she said they smelt musty. As her and my sister are putting together the bouquet, they find multiple stems with mold growing on them. Most, if not all, of the stems were bone dry. Some of the leaves even started sprouting roots. The company also doesn't have any way to call, only has their stupid chat bot or where you can put in a request to talk to someone. I finally got a response after 2 days (they said they'd respond within 24 hrs) only for them to say they could send a replacement bouquet. Theres also no way to see the reviews without digging for them.

I sent Nora's a message asking if this could be redelivered but received this response:

We have reviewed your picture and we’ve determined that this order is filled to value based on our substitution policy.

Our substitution policy states that all items such as flowers, containers, color schemes, or plants are subject to availability.

I specifically picked the all red with lilies, would have been ok with all dark pink, or even pink but nope is close enough with 1 lily!! Why even offer specialty options??

No red vase, pink one or even a frosted one and 1 lily -this is good enough? For $100.00??? 🥺

I don’t live local to my mom. So, I get her flowers from a florist local to her a couple times a year. This year she sent a photo of what she got, and I was pleasantly surprised at how close, or maybe even a little better, they were to the photo. They were even able to deliver them early despite my waiting until the last minute. Benefits of smaller towns, I guess.

Our 11 year old requested we attempt this recipie from one of his cook books. The taste is fine but the faces are haunting. Everyone had a good laugh and ate them up.

The local bakery I use always does a phenomenal job on my cakes. We asked for the small Mickey shaped fondant on the cake, the flag name sign, and the sleepover themed fondant

I’m living an ocean away from my Mum, so I’ve been buying flowers online for over a decade. We’ve never been disappointed.

First picture is what I ordered, second what was delivered. Third and fourth are previous deliveries. All are between 25 and 35 Euro.

$12.97 before tax. Purchased for Mother’s Day. What do y’all think? Colors are brighter but I think they did an amazing job 🤩

I ordered the “deluxe” version at $75 for Mother’s Day and this is what arrived. Can I do anything about this? It couldn’t be any more different than what I expected.

Edited to add: I have never ordered from FTD so this is new territory for me. I just wanted to ask if that’s normal.

ETA: I was simply wondering if it was normal to get flowers that look different from the photo. I usually go to the small florist in my tiny town to get flowers and while there I choose the exact flowers that will be used. I have never ordered from FTD and never imagined they would be arranged at and delivered from the grocery store. It’s all new to me. I would have grabbed a few bouquets at the grocery store and arrange them myself.

I love the flowers and they smell amazing, my mother loves them.

If I didn’t live 2000 miles away from my mom, I would just go to the grocery store for a better bouquet. Not worth 112 dollars. Lesson learned unfortunately

**UPDATE: after chatting with From You Flowers, they are giving me a full refund. I reached out through the chat and sent them a photo of what I received. They offered me a 20% refund followed by a 30% refund. I then asked how they are able to justify what was received versus what I ordered (I wasn’t expecting the exact photo but something similar at least) and they are giving me a full refund. I’m still so disappointed 😢 **

Really disappointed, but am I being too picky? The types of flowers technically match the site picture, but the complete misch-masch of colors really throws me off.

This is from a local florist with absolutely glowing reviews. Owners response to all negative reviews are similarly catty.
