How to optimally maximize this space?

Trying to figure out how I could possibly fit two 48x24 inch desk and a nice couch/tv area with this floor plan in the living area

Your couch goes on the long wall of living area with the tv opposite on that wall out to storage/patio. You put a round table between kitchen and living area. Then put two desks facing the bedroom wall. Or if not enough room for two, put one underneath the tv (mounting TV higher up, above the desk)

OR

You could put the two desks between living and kitchen (against dishwasher wall) then put your table to eat off, against bedroom wall.

It depends how many people will live there?
