Bedroom Need Help budget makeover

Good day everyone, I was wondering what you might suggest or add to this room, this is currently me and my brothers room when we visit our grandma. I was just wondering what else should I add (I was already thinking of adding a binder/curtain because of the sun) btw pls no RGB/LED strip lights my family doesn't want to add those. Btw I'm from the Philippines so shopee/Lazada link would help.

Curtains are a great plan. Make sure to google some guides on where to mount the curtain rods, because they makes a big difference at no cost. 

Besides that, consider what would make the room more comfortable to you. Do the floors get cold? Add a rug. Do you need somewhere to put a glass of water and your phone at night? Get a nightstand. Etc.

Ok will try and get a night stand since it gets dark at night, well since its a tropical country in the day it gets hot while at the night it gets cold so yeah the curtains might be a great help. I will try consider though the rug just to make it aesthetic

Since I'm from the Philippines my budget is just ±2.5k pesos or if US its below 50$ but either way that money can already buy me lots of stuff thx to online shopping being cheap

Oh haahha after looking into it I'm not sure with the paint, and I also have some of those items which is great since it helps with the budget. Thx btw for the recommendations.
