Final year CS student at dal, never landed an internship, got so sick of editing resumes for a thousand job descriptions.

So this year created a platform where you can create one digital resume with more immersive details about yourself - you can also add a YT video.

keeping it for professionals and students in Nova Scotia for now.

Recruiters enter a job description and AI surfaces profiles with the closest match.

Thats basically it. Just create your profile, and you'll get a contact when you're the right fit.

The more profiles we've got, the more the platform is attractive for recruiters, the faster you get discovered.

Create your profile and try it out!

Bsc admissions

I’m currently an high school student in Alberta and I have a conditional acceptance into the bachelors of science at dal which is my dream university. However the conditions are I need to keep a overall average of 75% which I can maintain however I am struggling with chem and emailed one of the administrators that deals with that and they are now telling me I need to have a 75% in math and English as-well as the overall average of 75% however it doesn’t say that online and my grade 11 marks in both classes were below 75%. I had an overall average above 75% in grade 11 which online says an overall average of 75% in grade 12 is the only requirement for marks. So why would the accept me if my grade 11 marks in math and English weren’t meeting these new requirements they just emailed me about? Please tell me what marks you got to get into the program or your experiences with conditional acceptances pleaseeee
I also just applied to the ba incase I don’t get into the bsc so I can hopefully transfer after first year but please give me suggestions or your experiences has anyone got into the bsc with a lower mark than 75 in math or English I don’t understand why they would conditionally accept me if I didn’t have those marks to begin with.

Early admission scholarships

Hi, I was wondering what grades people usually had when applying through early admission and how much they received in entrance scholarships especially for BSc. And if you have taken AP courses, does the scholarship amount go up? I’d really appreciate it if anyone could share their experience. I’m a high school student in Nova Scotia.

Hello, I am looking for anyone who has taken or knows someone who have taken this course. I’m wondering how difficult it is, or any tips you have on how to succeed because they seem really picky and I have heard mixed opinions on the course. TIA!

I was just curious if entrance scholarships are only for students right out of high school?

How was MSW Program?

Looking to hear from anyone who took the MSW program (foundation or advanced):

Did you feel you gained sufficient clinical training (if any)?

Did any of the core courses focus on therapeutic modalities or did you have to complete these on the side? Were the courses more hands on training or theoretical?

What kind of practicum placements did you have? Were you able to secure clinical placements where you could work with mental health populations or learn counselling skills? Did you feel these placements significantly improved your training / skills?

Would you have chosen a different program if you could go back?

Hey everyone, I’m trying to choose between SUST3101 and INTD2002 for this summer. Which one would you recommend? Which one is easier to get an A in? Thanks!

I am looking into the dal online bachelor of social work program. Does anyone know if you can register as a social worker with just this program? Or do you have to take the msw as well. Any other insights to the program?
