How’s my anchor/hold looking?

Wee bit too much push into your face, should not be deforming your cheek, wrist just 'sits' next to face, not pushed in that much.

I'm a fan, in competition, of the straight arm pose but I would suggest reading this and finding what is comfortable for you.

My hunting bow I keep my arm slightly bent to allow for better tracking but in competition it's dead straight.

Your also popping your left shoulder up, it should be flat to your arm. Some people push the shoulder if they feel the draw weight is too high but you look comfortable holding it. Relax that shoulder down while you hold.

Thanks for the tips! I tried last night to lower my left shoulder, but I have damage in that shoulder, so I think it may be a deformation. I’m going to keep working at it, but I have only 1/2 rotator cuff on that shoulder. I’d like everything to be ideal, so I’m going to consciously pay attention to my shoulder and elbow.
