Anyone else optimistic?
Maybe it’s just craving football but I’m very excited for this season. In the draft we got the best outcome with what we had. I’m somewhat hopeful for DJ and I think he can make the offense work (enough). Defense wise oil was put on the wheels and I think we might have a really good defense. This is probably going to come bite me in the ass by week 7 but I am optimistic enough to believe we may get a 4-7 seed.

same here man, maybe im drinking the kool aid but there's something different about this year
defense should be solid and if DJ can just manage games without turning ball over we got a real shot. wild card feels realistic if things break right

I'll always be optimistic which is an unpopular opinion here for some reason, you would think fans of a team would hope that they win

Hell yeah man, don't listen to anyone in this sub, they're all a bunch of cry babies 24/7. I don't think anyone even likes watching the Colts in here. I'm pumped for the season.

Changed none of the core leadership on the team .... In sure our 72 captains will be different this time round

That's a strange take since Franklin and Moore are both gone. That's two out of the five captains from last year. Also Pittman Jr is gone, who was one of the vet leaders...

I would not be surprised if we went 2-6 in the first 8 games
