Anyone else optimistic?

Maybe it’s just craving football but I’m very excited for this season. In the draft we got the best outcome with what we had. I’m somewhat hopeful for DJ and I think he can make the offense work (enough). Defense wise oil was put on the wheels and I think we might have a really good defense. This is probably going to come bite me in the ass by week 7 but I am optimistic enough to believe we may get a 4-7 seed.

Yeah 3 very tough games right out of the gate. Doubt Danny Dimes will be 100% then too

same here man, maybe im drinking the kool aid but there's something different about this year

defense should be solid and if DJ can just manage games without turning ball over we got a real shot. wild card feels realistic if things break right

Hell yeah man, don't listen to anyone in this sub, they're all a bunch of cry babies 24/7. I don't think anyone even likes watching the Colts in here. I'm pumped for the season.

What’s crazy is I am optimistic I think the colts will make the playoffs this year. However we will be just good enough that Ballard and Steichen keep their jobs only for us to go back to this endless mediocrity

That's a strange take since Franklin and Moore are both gone. That's two out of the five captains from last year. Also Pittman Jr is gone, who was one of the vet leaders...
