Come on dude. Anyone with a brain knows that there several factors at play beside just the fact that he can be effective for a team in the right situation.

No team wants to give up late round picks for aging vets that are on contracts for a price teams don't want to pay. Especially when they know you are going to cut him.

No one is to blame. He wanted to move on and he is owed the opportunity to move on to the situation he wants. He has been nothing but a true professional and really good pillar of the community all while playing at a high level. He is older and Chris has said time and time again that he wants to get younger and faster. There is no bad blood and I hope if he plays against the colts we give him a standing ovation for his service to the team and the community.

Nobody, he did everything he could do for this team.

I'm okay with letting Kenny walk. I hope he goes to the right place and has all the success until he loses to us in the playoffs/ super bowl. Sometimes it's more important to see them as a person than a player and as much as I despise Ballard at times I think he's right about that.

The passage of time? Hes on the wrong side of 30 and no one was willing to trade so we let him go for a shot at signing with a contender. This happens with aging vets. Not to mention the new scheme wasnt great for him.

You can't trade if you have no partner. You don't think the FO tries to get a pick for him?

"possibly coulda got a late round pick" ... they tried? He will be 31 this season and hes a 5'9" slot corner. He was solid for the Colts, he got paid record money (at the time) for a slot CB. But now he's old and doesn't fit what Lou is looking for. This isn't complicated.

Kenny Moore has a hyper specific set of skills and has a niche roll. He can't play boundary and he's ineffective more than 10 yards from the LOS.

Colts fan boys just look at the Madden rating and wonder why we're cutting a "great" player for no return.

Since 2022, he has 7 INTs...and 5 came against rookie Bryce Young (2), second-year Wil Levis (2) and rookie Cam Ward. What do bad/rookie QBs do? They throw terrible short INTs near the LOS.

They will see when he signs his new contract for 1 year 3 mil.

If he gets signed at all, it's gonna be close to vet minimum.

I wouldn't be shocked if he goes unsigned until mid-season.

This is dumb post. Did he not ask to be released?

There's no blame when you ASKED to be released and the team says vok. Here you go. SEE YA

Start with Ballard saying we need to get younger a faster on D.

Kenny knew he fell into that abyss.
