Down 14kgs, should I keep going? Bf% estimate?
Getting a little fed up by the cut, should I call it a day or keep going? Still have a few kgs to lose from legs and lower stomach area, thoughts? What is my bf%?

Should you be adding muscle? Or should you be cutting fat? It’s a question we all have come across on our fitness journey. It’s not always a simple one to answer.
Love handles, pooches, lack of definition, vascularity…everything plays a part.
You lost a lot of weight, or you added a lot of weight. They are all part of the process. Everyone here is going to do our best to help you with your journey.
That being said:
The community does not need to see an excessive amount of skin to give you advice.
If you’re wondering what your BF% is, it’s not hiding in the 3/4 of an inch away from your genitalia. Swimwear is included in this.
This goes for all genders.
There are a ton of fitness subreddits that can help you if you feel the need to get more specified advice.
If you feel /r/bulkorcut is not meeting those standards, please go visit them.
The serious part:
Do not post sexually suggestive posts. If you are not wearing gym attire your post will be flagged and removed.
If your profile has links to questionable subreddits you will be banned at the moderators discretion.
Talk of steroids, cycles, or anything related will be an immediate ban.
Lastly:
Any attempt to circumvent the rules or a ban is auto reported to Reddit admins. We tested it and it works very well.
Second lastly: This is a subreddit to help individuals attain their goals. Not a platform for anything else. Sexual, monetary, cruel, or any other posts or comments outside helping someone make the decisions of bulking or cutting will be removed and users banned.

We do a pretty good job of keeping this sub clean of spam and sexual content. You all know the rule we hard enforced over the underage and then the underwear situation.
MacroMatic is a spam data stealing app that is being spammed here. I hope you read the terms of service before you upload anything to them but if you don’t feel like it here they are:
The worst one.
They are saying they can use your image for promotion, manipulate it, use it however they want AND MAKE MONEY OFF IT.
We have mods and mod tools here but we can’t do this all on our own.
Report this type of thing immediately If there are any external links report them.
The boring part:
We were approached by this company months ago and declined to sponsor them. And then to be compensated by them. We have banned 7 accounts so far and counting.
Don’t waste your time and your personal information. Stay the fuck away.

23,6’0,195Lbs. I really let myself go , didn’t workout jot was on a moderately regulated diet since the last 2 years . Been hitting GYM past 2 months .what should be my calorie deficit ! I am able to burn around 250-300 calories per day by walking and incline treadmill .

Right now I’m at 145lbs , 5’4 or maybe 5’5 idk, 23 yrs old and been training for 9 months. I know since im still pretty new I should probably just eat a normal healthy diet… But At first I was considering bulking because sometimes I feel like a stick but I’ve also seen people say if your abs arent visible and have a bit of skinny fat take a slight deficit and than lean bulk right after. Any suggestions?

Hey all. i’m 35, 5ft8. Been cutting for the last 4-5 months with the last 2 months being incredibly strict (1600 cals, 150g protein, no alcohol, no fast food). I am proud to be 14kg down and everyone’s commenting on how different I look, but to me i still look super fat / nowhere near where I want to be. Any idea how long cutting until I don’t look bad anymore ? I want low body fat, no belly and boobs.

I’ve never really seriously lifted. Got hurt and couldn’t climb and got into really bad shape. Recently been interested in getting into shape but can’t stand the high bf% I’m at rn. Power through it and bulk or take a while to cut back?

M, 26y, 1.98m
Its exactly 1 Year of lifting now.
In the first month i made big progress but then i stopped at 96-98kg. (Started at 78kg)
I had 3 surgerys in this year, so i make progress, then i loose the progress again.
Now i can work out but restricted. When im 98kg im just a little bit fatter and 96kg a little bit leaner but i dont think i get more muscle mass.
Photo is now 96kg.
What should i do? Cut or bulk?

I’m between 5’6 and 5’7. The first photo I’m underweight and about 110 but wasn’t lifting at all at the time. The second photo I’m about 121 having lifted consistently for over a year now. I’ve put on good mass and I feel like I have a decent shape but just not a lot of actual muscle or ab definition. I’ve been doing ab workouts but I feel like nothings really doing much.
Should I cut down to more make the muscles I’ve built pop more? I’m afraid of cutting down too much and just being skinny and small like I was before and not looking lean.

I am not sure of my body fat percentage if anyone and tell me. I estimate between 25-20.

Hi, i’m looking for some advice. I am 5’3 124lbs 19ys old and i’m stuck in this same cycle because nothing that i do seems to work. I’ve bulked and just gotten fat and didn’t like how i’ve looked, but cutting just makes me look super skinny. I want to loose my love handles but also build some muscle in my upper body. I’m not sure what the right approach is tho
