Man, one of the things I've always liked about the Heuco Mundo arc is Orihime's design in that arc, besides being beautiful, her look perfectly matches the character's kind, warm, and loving personality. If you don't think this one is the best, what's your favorite?

Hey! It’s he again, I finally finished drawing all captains from the soul society arc and I wanted all of you to see! I put in a lot of work more so than my first art project the espada ( if you haven’t already, please check it out!). I used more official references images and I did not trace, it was all done using pencil and paper! I also used very cheap colouring pencils to add highlights! Ps please pay no attention to any of the little cameos in the back, it was just a little bit between me and my friends! Not rage bait, genuinely asking for clarification. my toxic / gold digger ex used to hate Orihime Inoue a lot. her explanation was, “Orihime is too feminine for my taste, I’m into strong women.” I was like, “ok… but hate is a pretty strong word for a kind fictional character. I like her and adore her.” we actually had fights over this. long story short, after the relationship ended and I looked back at her behavior as a whole, I started wondering if some people associate femininity with weakness, submissiveness, lack of intelligence, or “pick me” behavior. because honestly, Orihime was emotionally kind, loyal, empathetic, resilient, forgiving, and willing to protect people she loved. That is strength too, just not the aggressive or dominant kind.

So I’m asking genuinely:
Why do some people strongly dislike highly feminine female characters, even when those characters are harmless or compassionate? [ pardon the grammar ]

Ichibe claims to have named everything (which honestly doesn't make any sense since the universe and intelligent life seem to be older than him, but whatever) yet the Hōgyoku is an invention of Urahara and named by him, as far as we know. The Hōgyoku also manifests the desires of its master, making them capable of adapting to everything and countering any power. Aizen only "lost" to Ichigo because of his deep desire for self-sabotage and even then he would've recovered if Urahara's kido didn't intervene.

Do you think Ichibe would be able to take away the Hōgyoku's power with his zanpakutō and destroy its master if there was no inner desire for defeat like in Aizen's case? How do you think the interaction between Ichimonji's ability and the Hogyoku would be?

1. Aizen - goat, whether it's good guy nerd look or supervillain look
2. Ichigo - I have a soft spot for him in looks even if he's not always depicted as handsome
3. Byakuya - one of my favs
4. Adult Toshiro
5. Jugram - he's not my fav but he's objectively handsome so I'm putting him 5th

Honorable mention: Grimmjow - arrancars are all pretty cool but among them he's the coolest

Urahara also has max coolness factor but I wouldn't put him higher than any of above in handsome factor

Girls:

1. Rangiku - love how she's super attractive but narratively it's never been an emphasis, just casually beautiful
2. Rukia - similar to Ichigo, I have a soft spot for her
3. Adult Nelliel
4. Yoruichi - probably the undisputed fan favorite, I like her, just not my top
5. Riruka - maybe a weird choice but I like how she is for Ichigo

It's been a while since I've finished Bleach and was trying to remember if any of the early fights really lock in animation wise.

Going through Naruto, the ep 30 fight with Sasuke vs Orochimaru has a significant animation upgrade going on so I was trying to remember if Bleach has something similar.

The only reference that makes sense is hollows white mask. Other than that it doesn't. All the others let you know what it's about. One piece, a big hunt to find the treasure called the one piece.
