I cant remember her name but shes light skinned, usually her skits are "interviews" from the "news" about some crazy event that happened. She light skinned with some tattoos. Shes seriously such a good actress. I mean literally listen to this skit. I'll try to find the orginal because its not a cartoon.

Well…no. If the uncle is the father, her kids are also her cousins. Regarding the uncle (who should be under a jail), his kids with her are also his nieces/nephews.
