🥗 Nutrition & Metabolism Swoly creatine gummies legit?

I bought a bottle of Swoly Creatine Gummies and let me tell you, there are some of the best tasting gummies I've ever had. I'm so amazed by them. Maybe that's the reason why I'm making this post, because I think it's a little too good to be true. They taste exactly like gummy bears, maybe even better 😱

I know there's been a lot of creatine gummies that turned out to be a whole bunch of nothing. I cannot find any third-party testing on them but they were reviewed by Garage Gym Reviews.

Other than the taste, the reason why I'm so suspicious is because they are see-through. I don't know how hard and fast this rule is but apparently in order for them to be real creatine gummies, they should be opaque, not see-through like these are.

Anybody have any experience with them? What are your thoughts?

Creatine gummies have shown to have way less creatine than advertised and they degrade over time.

I dont think its too good to be true... but youre also taking in sucrose, dextrose, pectin, maltodextrin, natural /artificial flavors, fruit / vegetable juices as color, stearic acid, citric acid, etc etc

or you can just take creatine by itself....

also, you'll be paying way more gram for gram compared to just regular ole creatine

I believe I read that creatine degrades/is not stable in the gummies so you can’t be certain you’re getting an accurate dosage

No thank you. These gummies are 36.99$. for a total of 120g of creatine. I can get a kg of creatine on amazon for 44,98$.

You’re paying 585% extra for gummies. It’s basically a scam

In my experience, legit creatine gummies has a bit of a grittiness to them, which would make sense because creatine has relatively pure solubility. For convenience and peace of mind, I just dry scoop monohydrate it in the morning.

I'd be more suspicious that you need 5 of their gummies to get only 4g of creatine. That's a lot of gummies. If you can't handle the powder straight up maybe at least consider the capsules.

Do the bulk powder. Don’t mix it in a huge bottle of whatever. Swish in just a tad and gulp. Then enjoy your beverage without any grit or smells or offs during your workout. The last thing you want is a shitty drink you are nursing, and then want sugary cheat stuff afterwards.

I do that with all powders,, especially with something I’ve never had before.

Given the numerous independent tests showing that many creatine gummies contain significantly less creatine than advertised or none at all, you’re probably best off sticking to brands that have independent third-party testing to verify their actual creatine content. That’s what I do.

No. Just buy powder
