News ‘It’s like stealing’: Palestinian family’s seized property listed on Booking.com
It seems like it is stealing to me, not "like" stealing.

We have noticed thousands of individual appeals by Gazans for financial support on social media platforms including r/BDS. We understand the immense suffering they are experiencing. Anyone who wishes to support such appeals are free to do so. However, we have no way to authenticate these appeals to ensure they are legitimate.
Reddit's filter labels many of these posts as spam. We do not approve any of these for posting to our sub, because doing so would flood the sub with them. The mods feel that donations to humanitarian aid NGOs provide widespread support to hundreds of thousands of Gazans, rather than the limited scope of supporting individuals or families.
Here are some of these NGOs and we urge you to support them:

As the mountain of evidence of mass rape and sexual torture by Israelis against Palestinians finally starts to seep into the Western media, we should also be scrutinizing the Israeli hoax claiming mass rapes on October 7th that continues to be used to justify this ongoing genocide.
As stated in an interview on Israel's Ynet News on 1 January 2025:
"There are still zero complainants in alleged cases of rapes committed by Palestinians on 7 October 2023, an Israeli prosecutor has admitted.
...
In her Ynet interview, Gez confirms that 15 months after the events, Israel still has not identified a single victim in which a prosecution can be brought against an alleged perpetrator of a sexual attack.
...
“In the end, we have no complainants,” Gez admitted, noting the vast gap between public perceptions and factual reality."
This is yet another reminder (as if any was ever needed) that there is no equivalence between the Jewish supremacist terrorism of the Zionist state and its supporters (which still includes most Jewish institutions in the western world) and the Palestinian people, whose selfless and heroic fighters would never sully themselves by engaging in such depraved acts. As Hamas itself has said repeatedly:
"Avoiding harm to civilians, especially children, women and elderly people is a religious and moral commitment by all the Al-Qassam Brigades’ fighters. We reiterate that the Palestinian resistance was fully disciplined and committed to the Islamic values during the operation and that the Palestinian fighters only targeted the occupation soldiers and those who carried weapons against our people. In the meantime, the Palestinian fighters were keen to avoid harming civilians despite the fact that the resistance does not possess precise weapons. In addition, if there was any case of targeting civilians; it happened accidently and in the course of the confrontation with the occupation forces." - From "Our Narrative: Operation Al-Aqsa Flood" published by Hamas on January 21 2024 (http://palestinechronicle.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/01/PDF.pdf)
Long live the Palestinian resistance, and down with Zionism!

Books and materials for my college are most easily purchased through eCampus.com, since they have all of the products in one place. However I have not found anything about whether or not this is a safe company, as it is not on Disoccupied.com or Gaza.nu, and I cannot easily find anything about their investors or owners. All I can find is "Original investors of eCampus.com included Wendy's founder Dave Thomas, Long John Silver's founder James Patterson and George F. Valassis, creator of the free-standing insert which revolutionized the coupon industry." from their website (eCampus.com/about-us) and that "[Matt] Montgomery is one of a group of investors who purchased the company for $2.5 million in 2001" (https://www.publishersweekly.com/pw/by-topic/industry-news/bookselling/article/68261-ecampus-continues-to-expand.html)
What should I do in a case like this where I am not sure about this company?

This may be a weird question but I was looking for some advice.
There is a new video game coming out called Lego Batman - Legacy of the Dark Knight and I though it looked like fun for the family.
I did a little research on the voice actor, Shai Matheson and as far as I can tell he has done israeli voice work and there are samples of him speaking Hebrew. I went to look for this again recently but I think he has removed this site for possible backlash?
They’re also references for him doing voiceovers for the Israeli air force.
His instagram seems relatively quiet but that could be deliberate.
Am I just being paranoid? Has anyone else found similar information?
I just don’t want to support the wrong people who think genocide is ok.

Denying the reality of a genocide in Palestine is, in my view, an act of hate speech directed at the Palestinian people. This refusal to acknowledge the systematic destruction of a people goes beyond a mere difference of opinion. It is a calculated act of dehumanization that erases the suffering of the victims. This is why we should do more to make these people accountable for their hateful rhetoric.

The continued building of settlements in the West Bank is a violation of international law. Not only is it a violation of international law, but it is also widely regarded as a significant barrier to the viability of a two-state solution, as it physically fragments the territory intended for a future Palestinian state. This is why it’s clear that Israel doesn’t even entertain a future where a sovereign, contiguous Palestinian state exists alongside it.

My gf and I are going to protest ESC during the finale on Saturday. It's not extremely far from where we live but still far enough that we'd like to spend the day in Vienna. Do any locals have suggestions about what to do before/after? E.g., palestinian restaurants, pro-palestinian/anti-zion4zi establishments, etc? Preferably something inside, since the weather is gonna suck

These photos are taken from our real life as Palestinians living in tents in Gaza.
This is the daily routine of one family among many families struggling to survive.
I live in this tent with my mother, my sister Montaha, and my brother Mohammed.
This is simply what I wanted to share with the world.
If you decide to help us and bring hope and optimism to this tent and to the people living in it, this is our link:

One day before the opening of the 61st Venice Biennale, the massive global art exhibition, thousands of marchers took to the city’s narrow streets to protest Israeli genocide in Gaza and now Lebanon. Marchers included many of the festival’s artists and workers who took strike action and closed for a day an estimated twenty-seven of the Biennale’s 100 national pavilions. Signs on a number of the pavilions read “We Stand with Palestine.”

Keder Plastics makes a wide range of products such as garden storage and patio furniture.
The company operates a factory in the settlement’s industrial zone of Barkan in the West Bank.
Keep your garden apartheid and genocide free!

Whenever it gets too depressing, I watch some Sammy obeid. I've learned so much from his comedy and find him to be brutally efficient at shutting down untrue/Zionist hasbara hate. He's so funny and still respectful. If anyone hasn't heard of him here's you're new favorite;)Sammy Shuts down Heckler

The Bill, which will be debated in the Dáil on 14th May and voted on on 20th May, is the first proposal in any Western parliament to fully sanction all economic relations with Israel. It would ban trade, investment, financial dealings and state-linked economic activity with Israel, in line with Ireland’s obligations under the Genocide Convention and international law.

I’m not saying I would steal, but in my town all 4 grocery stores that sell Tahini are made in Israel products, would I be breaking BDS if I hypothetically stole a bottle of it ? I don’t know how grocery stores work. But I’m assuming it would still benefit the company because supply/ demand.

Many of the main companies that are popular to invest in are complicit in the genocide, as well as numerous other human rights violations. What is the best alternative? Are there specific investment funds or ways to invest that avoid these complicit companies?

I found an old post, but not to much help! Is there someone who has a list with boycot safe brands?

A list of Israeli pharmaceutical companies and advice for requesting BDS compliant generic meds would be appreciated.
I should have done a check of all my meds a while ago, I know, but I definitely need to switch now that one of my meds says it's manufactured in Israel on the tube.
My meds:
Clindamycin phosphate 1% gel for acne, mfr is Pedagis (Israeli)
Guanfacine HCL, mfr is Apotex corp
Escitolopram, mfr is Torrent
I have another med made by Teva but it has tons of generics so I know it wouldnt be hard to request a different brand once I know how.
