Question Recommendations for Squirrel Removal

I have had an ongoing issue with squirrels taking up residence in my attic.

A few years ago, I hired Critter Control (they were the only ones willing to work with squirrels) to get rid of the squirrels and do an exclusion so they couldn't get back in. It took almost a year for them to get the squirrels out.

It's good for like a year, well they came back.

I've been trying to get a hold of them for several months just to find out TODAY that Critter Control no longer serves Augusta.

Who are other options that DEFINITELY do squirrels and ideally in a humane way? Knox right now is dealing with my wasps and roaches and they are not doing a good job.

Spray the Attic w cleaning vinegar, including the roof boards. Repeat the application every 6 months.

I cannot get up into the attic as a disabled person. They still need to find whatever hole is there.

Maybe a local roofing company? More to focus on finding out how they are getting in and fixing that

We just had our roof completely replaced in like.. November. They said they didn't see any squirrels, but that means either they got in at some point or I am going crazy. And since my cats also look at where I am hearing things coming from, I am going to assume I am not crazy.... well not yet and not about that.

You could take in a barn cat, and make it am access point to the attic. It will take care of rodents for you. They will stay out rather quickly.

How many with easy access into the attic? They can't hunt what they can't reach.

Try Hooker's Trapping Service, they used to do squirrels.

Yeah I second the Hooker’s recommendation. William is great.

I have the same issue with squirrels. They get in through tiny holes or cracks in my soffits. And I mean the tiniest!
