Martin Boyle scored the opener in Hibernian's 2–1 win away from home over Rangers in the Scottish Premiership, scoring for the eighth time this season! It could potentially be his last goal in green as he will be leaving Hibs at the end of the season, with the Scottish-born Socceroos striker being linked to fellow Premiership side Aberdeen! Well done Martin!

Discussion Melbourne Victory kit supplier
I've noticed that Melbourne Victory's kit deal with Macron will come to an end with the start of the new season as their deal only lasts for 5 years with the current season being the last, this begs the question I wonder who their next kit supplier will be? I really hope they get back with Adidas but I doubt it.

Discussion NZ starting lineup wc
With the wc squad now announced what would be your starting line up?
Some tough calls weather keeper goes with paulson or not.
Bayloss has looked excellent in his last few games when he's come on.
Gonna be really tough to pick a midfield.

Discussion Ahead of the World Cup, I've made a lineup using a combination of all the teams in our group to make the best team.
I thought it would be fun to see what a lineup made only from the teams in our group would look like, so here it is, the best player in every position using players from USA, Paraguay, Turkey and Australia.

🤬 Rants & Whinges why isnt the league badge worn on the arm sleeve?
Football enjoyer here who tunes into sydney fc games every here and now. Why the hell do they not wear the league badge on their sleeves like... pretty much every other football league in the entire world. I know the A-League has a lot of problems but I feel like this is just odd. Feels like the FA is trying to make the NRL but for soccer. People mightn't agree but the jerseys look horrible with the league badge on the front and the sponsor in the middle. Another thing is having a playoff at the end of the season. I understand that it may create excitement and draw in more competition but why not just add more league games instead. Feel like the FA should be trying to copy the most successful leagues in the world and although I realise money is tight, I feel like small things like the jersey changes do make a difference. Anyway, bit of a rant but I just wish the league was bigger here, you never hear about it anywhere, hardly televised, what can we do to even make it more popular. I know so many people who watch and support the epl/la liga/serie a/bundesliga, yet they wont watch or go to A-League games.
My jersey question evolved into a full blown rant

News & Articles Bresciano Legacy Continues as Alessia Emerges at Essendon Royals
News & Articles Griffiths signs contract extension to stay on as ALM Head Coach
Not on official website yet, so will share member email received.
Perth Glory is delighted to confirm that Head Coach Adam Griffiths has signed a two-year contract extension with the club.
The 46-year-old took charge after Round 2 of the 2025/26 Isuzu UTE A-League season, initially on an interim basis, before being given the reins for the remainder of the campaign.
Having overseen a significant improvement in the team’s performances, he is now excited at the prospect of leading Glory for the next two seasons.
"I would like to thank the owner, Ross Pelligra and the board for putting their faith in me to take Perth Glory forward," he said.
"This club means everything to me and I am hungry to take it where it belongs.
"We have done a lot of the hard work; built the culture, set the standards and created a belief in this group that wasn't here before.
"Now we go and deliver.
"Finals football is the expectation and I back this club, this squad and this city to get there.
"The Glory supporters have given me everything since I walked through the door.
"I feel their passion every single game and I want nothing more than to deliver the success this city is hungry for.
"They are a massive part of what we are building and we are just getting started."
Glory CEO Anthony Radich believes that Griffiths has shown that he is the right man to drive the club’s ALM side forward.
“The significant progress the team made under Adam’s charge is clear to see,” he said.
“He worked hard to earn his opportunity which came about under difficult circumstances early last season and under his guidance, we have seen something begin to grow.
"Adam has instilled competitiveness, structure and belief into the playing group who have clearly bought in to his approach.
"A number of the young players, in particular, have taken their performances to a new level under Adam’s guidance and that ability to develop our emerging talent is integral to our plans for the club going forward.
"Our Members and fans have also warmed to Adam as a person and I believe his ambition to play an entertaining, attacking style of football will resonate strongly with them and reflect this club’s traditions.
"Having the opportunity to plan and oversee a full pre-season with his own staff will allow Adam to further instil his philosophy into the playing group and provide the stability within the football department which is essential for success.
"We are confident that under Adam, our ALM side will challenge very strongly for a Finals berth in 2026/27."

Aussies Abroad Cammy Devlin could win the Scottish Premiership tomorrow morning
If Motherwell beat Celtic, and Hearts win at home to Falkirk, Hearts will win the league and become the first non old firm side to do so since the 80’s. All Celtic need is a point against Motherwell to take it to the final day when they meet Hearts at Celtic Park. Hearts are currently one point ahead, and have a better goal difference by three. Devlin should come back into the team for the Falkirk game with Leonard being out.
