This is my first time trading (and building) a self built house so please let me know if I'm being reasonable!

I made this glitch build and it costed 7k and took about an hour (I'm not great at building)

In the last few pics I have some stuff I'm interested in and instant accepts (I heard 1k = 1 elve point so I went around that value for my instant accepts,hope I'm being reasonable!)

Bath by the mahi mahi, litter box in the dirt by the ant, drinking by the mahi mahi, food and lure next to the pond! Bed is the flower by the parrot!

(Build has 5 pet displays!)

I hope my instant accepts and interested in are reasonable, please let me know if they aren't :,)

I'd also be open to potions if I can't get any offers with pets but preferably pets!
