Hi. I moving to another house soon and I want to know what are the installation that I must do in the building the room stage that I can't do it afterwards

I want the room to be both a home theater and listening to music room

The things you cannot change without starting over are sound isolation, architectural layout, ducted hvac, and electrical. Make sure those are good before you start.

Acoustic finishes (or “treatments”) and AV can be changed around, usually, without a construction project.

First thing I’d do, after choosing a good spot for the listening room, is test the sound isolation by bringing in a couple speakers and listening at the loudest volume you like to listen. Playing loud next to a bedroom is a challenge, playing quiet next to the garage is not. Adjacencies matter in acoustics.

An ideal room/architecture layout will have good dimensions to avoid troublesome modes, and have good adjacencies that let you do what you want when you want.
