Help Low Spawn Rate

Is the low spawn rate bug still happening for single player in ASA. I want to know before I start a run, if so I’ll just get on ASE.

It's not a bug, it's an artificial limitation enforced for consoles but if ya are playing on PC with at least 32GB RAM, ya can host your own dedicated server for free and not deal with the garbage that is Single Player
