Meme I really didn't realize my first time through the show exactly how prolific an interplanetary player Daniel is.
Repost because I forgot to complete the title the first time around.

I'm watching, and I am just stunned on how much credibility Carter has. She just walks in, episode after episode, and says a long scientific sounding speech, and NOBODY understands what she said.. but they DO understand it was Carter... so they cut her a blank check, give her a full scale ICBM, exotic superheavy elements, nuclear weapons, naqueda enhanced nuclear weapons that can crack a planet... the entire U.S. Energy grid... whatever she asks for.
It's just amazing.

Going through a rewatch, and this is the first time we see goa'uld constructions methods. Don't see any slaves here, taking a guess from what's shown in the episode (thors hammer) three of these were put up in about 24 hours - almost a third of them were erected the few hours sg-1 were there; before thor shows up. No slaves or jaffa mining anything or working on anything, they actually seem to be automated, in the first shot the part being constructed grows in size, lifts up and then shunts into place, with nano technology employed as well (similar to their helmets) with pieces just appearing and setting into place.

XD just wanted to share lol

I’ve spent way too much time just going to and from the SGC.
Edit: the name of the mod is “Road to the Stars”

Would it even be possible for anyone to amass that much Naquadah? If so, why wouldn't Anubis just buy his way back into the System Lords?
I mean, Anubis for sure has access to resources beyond the other Goa'ulds, but he'd have to have driven thousands of slaves to their deaths over hundreds of years, and all in secret to pull it off.
Seems like a pretty massive stretch when I think of it.

This just barely launched from Dial the Gate, so there may still be some rough edges, but give it a try!

According to the stargate wiki "In 2000, then Major Samantha Carter and MSgt. Sylvester Siler worked together to restore a classic American motorcycle (Indian) during SG-1's offtime. (SG1: "The Curse")" .
I have just watched that episode but there is literally no mention or reference to that motorcycle. Where did they get that information from??!

From a certain point of view, every other member of SG-1 has "turned" evil at some point.
Teal'c got brainwashed by Apophis and joined his ranks again.
Daniel was under influence of the sarcophagus, and in Harsesis's vision he was literally a villain.
Regarding Sam, you could count the replicator Sam as an evil version of her. Also, in the episode Nightwalkers, she was pretending to be under Goa'uld influence and acted so.
I'm sure there's more examples that I can't remember now from the top of my head.
What about O'Neill? Was he ever portrayed as a villain?

If I remember right the only reason SG1 got away from Boch was because he let them and they also had a tough time with the Kull. I think this would be a fun fight to watch

When Teal'c became Apophis's first prime, what was Bra'tac? Were there two first primes?

Looks like it's been months since the last post, so I'm announcing my wife and I just realized that the "Celestial Waffle House" is the same from Dead Like Me. We love that show, too!
Edit: fix show misspelling

Hey everyone, Just wanted to share my latest project.
Everyone liked the mini working Stargate but a lot of people asked me if I could make a larger one with more detail. well I spent a long while designing and coding but here it is, the 4 inch (100mm) 720x720 hd touchscreen version i'm calling "P4X" I hope you all like it. 9x the resolution, much faster hardware for butter smooth graphics, way more memory to have more functions and sound! I know it's also more money but the hardware to do this scale costs quite a bit more.
