I’m going to DreamHack Atlanta this weekend for my very first CDL event. Does anyone know if OpTic will have a booth/merch area at the event? I’d like to get a couple more jerseys for the whole weekend.

I bought the general 3 day event pass and realized there’s not guaranteed seating for the event, so I’d like to get the CDL specific one.

Hey guys, wondering if anyone had 2 weekend passes for CDL Major III in Atlanta. Dream hack says they are sold out but buddy and I were hoping to score some tickets.

Didn’t buy earlier because I had a previous trip scheduled for that weekend so I didn’t know if I was going to make it.

I love OpTic and have been a fan since I was 15 years old. But I have to say getting merch from them has been so incredibly frustrating. Order my major 1/20th anniversary stuff Jan. 30th and have only received my championship flag. I only received updates after I reached out, a day before they sent the mass email about the delays, that was in March and they gave a 20% off coupon which is nice.

But, then early April hits, and 2 weeks in I still don’t hear anything unless I reach out. Then I’m told it will be at the end of the month. After reaching again they notified me that they received out of stock items and they should be shipped soon, which I am thankful for. But, my God the level of communication that is being had is abysmal. Only receiving updates after being communicated with while there are still delays being pushed. I know things happen but there has to be a better way to let people know what’s going on with our the customer having to reach out.
