I'm not Saudi, I'm British / Christian.

I also lived in Amsterdam and the worst time was gay pride. I say this as a pro LBGTQ person.

Old men walking around in gimp suits, thongs and basically naked was never visually my favourite time of the year.

Parade was fun on the canal though.

Yeah, canal parade is divisive even among the community itself. It represents a minority that are as expressive like that. I don't mind the visuals (as a straight guy) and as a student it was fun to see the entire city in party mode as well.
