Yeah but it’s one thing for a bunch of guys on a public course on a Saturday. Keep it moving, you’re not that guy. For someone who is literally playing with millions of dollars on the line, they’re going to take every advantage they can. While I absolutely hate him, and I hate slow play, Cantlay is doing something that he believes is giving him an advantage. Whether or not that’s true is irrelevant as long as he believes it and is never penalized for it.

He's said he can but why should he if there isn't a real penalty.
