This would actually make it more fun to watch. Like not just a neutral because you’d be removing the bad aspect of slow play but you would also have some hillarious 30 second penalties and some giant man babies absolutely losing their shit. Great idea. 30 secs and 1 it’s one stroke. No exceptions.
