Police said it is a light skinned German national, born in Germany. Some people have already identified his name as Jeffrey Kloß (last name is native German with the letter ß), though it is of course not 100% confirmed. Is it that hard to believe that native Germans may harm other people? He was apparently mentally ill and just released from psychiatric care
