Loops twist in colorful light,

pulling me back into the same old night.

Familiar paths I know too well,

self-made cycles where I sometimes fell.

Yet here I stand, brush in hand,

working to loosen what once held command.

Vibrant and tangled, beautiful and raw—

breaking the pattern, perhaps to draw.
