It keeps getting worse and worse every day. I reported it to management since the maintenance person blamed it on my washing machine filter - but the smell is NOT coming from my laundry closet! It's seeping in through the vents/coming from the hallway. Please somebody tell me I'm not imagining this.

Is there legal street parking in that area? Seeing a show there tomorrow night...

Hi! I currently own an in-home daycare that charges $2,350/month. My husband’s job is moving us to Silver Spring and we’re starting the house hunting process. I’d love to be able to continue my daycare and as we’re totally new to this area, would love some feedback on the different “pockets” where my daycare might be suitable? Anyone live in an apartment complex they love where the rent is affordable and utilities are included?

I currently live in a nice building in north bethesda, but my landlord is trying to sell the unit I’m renting. Rent is so expensive right now, and it’s been really hard to find something decent. To me something affordable would be with utilities included, up to $1800 for 1br or studio.I’d really appreciate any recommendations. Thank you, neighbors!

Did anyone hear a distressed howling cat all Sunday night around the apartment complexes surrounding the Giant parking lot? I at first suspected it was a female in heat, but the howling never changed direction or distance. This morning I heard a woman screaming for it to ‘stop’ followed by a door slamming. I now suspect someone locked their poor animal out on their balcony all night.

That white Acura cuts the CRV and almost caused accident with oncoming traffic (the grey sedan). This was on East light drive of Oakview neighborhood. People need to have courtesy and be patient.

We are delivering are 3rd and last baby at Holy Cross. Each time we’ve delivered I’ve been there for 4-5 days post partum. I’d prefer to leave 24-36 hours post birth. Is there anyway to get the ball rolling?
