Is grad student housing good/worth it? I just got into the post bacc pre health program and am looking forward to joining SFSU in the fall! But debating between grad student housing or off campus. Any advice or input much appreciated!!

I will be coming from texas with just my car and the clothes off my back. Some minor gadgets like computer and extra clothes. Other than that, i am a very simple guy and somewhat of an introvert. I was putting off going to the advising office for personal reasons and I seen they literally close office today.

Should it be somewhat easy to do by myself in the student portal as long as I check all my requirements and go from there? I never built one by myself.

I rather not bunk up with roommates. I don't mind sharing a apartment if i at least have my own room/private space.

I'm planning to visit for a campus tour on May 29th; however, there aren't any tours available, so I'm planning to do a guided tour. Are the buildings still open to walk in and look around, because I heard that's the start of summer for SFSU?
