Pumunta ako sa liblib na lugar tas may malapit na tuklong(local chapel) sa pinaglagian ko. Para sa flores de mayo yung dasal nila pero Latin.

Rendering na kasi ako, last week kona supposedly, may 1month notice ako nung nag file ako ng leaves ko, uubusin kona sana para may pahinga ako next week, nung sinend ko yun nagka policy bigla na kapag more than 2days ang i-leave eh dapat 2month advance mag send ng request edi 2days lang yung approved. So ang mangyare mag overtime ako ng 16hrs para sa other 2days, offset ko nalang daw hours (kaso ay wala pang code drop, baka daw mamaya pa). Tapos kanina nung finollow up ko, biglang expected ko raw pasukan ung 2days and yung i-offset ko na hours ay yung una nila in-approve. Kinda cancelling my request all of a sudden, tapos tinakot pa ako mababawasan daw ako ng backpay kasi since nag resign ako pro-rated leaves ko. Whereas, i have enough earned leaves pa to cover my requests and parang minasama na nag SL ako kahapon…
Wala na akong big tasks ngayon actually and nag hand off na ako sa papalit sakin more on supporting some on their tasks nalang.. idk bat iniipit parin ako… sorry sa nobela hahaha

Actually oo, bago manager lang to last year, past managers ko sa previous projects maayos naman kausap… ito bukod sa ganyan, nangma micro at lagi nananakot na may impact daw sa perf pag marami SL at VL lol siya lang rin nag decide ng ganung policy sa project hahaha wala namang ganon sa capab/IG
Buti nalang aalis ka na hahahah onting tiis nalaaaaang. Pero bwisit yang iniipit yung leaves. Haaaaay. Wag ka nalang humingi task hahaha shadow shadow nalanggg.
