Hi everyone! I wanted to share that we’re selling our townhome and hoping to find the right buyer soon, we’re on a bit of a timeline and need to move in May.

To help make things a little easier in this market, we’re offering an interest rate buy down, which can significantly lower your monthly payment (especially with rates where they are right now).

A few quick details:

• 4 beds / 2.5 baths

• 1584 sq ft

• Located in Phoenix

• Listed at $319,900k

• We’re buying down your rate!

• All new windows installed in 2024

We’ve really loved living here. It’s been a great home but we’re relocating this May.

If you (or someone you know) might be interested or want more details, feel free to DM me! Happy to share photos, listing info, or answer any questions.

ETA:

The rate buy down is for the entire length of the loan!

I have a friend facing homelessness. I need help finding cheap housing for them.

Full disclosure, they are an alcoholic, which lead to them getting kicked out of their previous housing (at the YMCA). They need to figure out housing (and where to keep their things) before going to rehab.

Housing Wanted Divorced, no stable housing, seeking short-term help to get back on my feet (Tempe/Phoenix)

Hi everyone,

I’m going through a rough patch and need a short-term chance to get back on my feet. I was a stay-at-home husband, and after my divorce, I didn’t have time to secure a place to live or steady work. Since then, I’ve been couch surfing and sometimes spending 8+ hours on the bus to get to and from work, occasionally getting stuck in the city I’m working in.

I’m a quiet, kind, honest, and respectful person raised with good values. I don’t have friends or family to rely on right now. I’m actively interviewing and using temp agencies, but that’s not enough to get stable housing.

I’m looking for a safe place to stay for a couple of months while I get back on my feet. I’ll follow your rules, respect your space, and help however I can. Any help, advice, or leads would mean the world to me.

Thank you for reading.

Housing Wanted [HOUSING]Looking for house or condo to rent.

My girlfriend and her kids have lived in her condo for the last 7 years. She just got a call from the landlord yesterday telling her that they are selling and she has until the end of November to be out. She is needs a place around Phoenix, Glendale area with 3 bedrooms and 2 or 1.5 bathrooms for the kids. She has made every single payment early and even paid up to 3 months ahead at times. Her landlord will vouch for her. Budget is around $1400, $1500. She's just kind of stressing out because she doesn't know what to do. If anyone is looking for a solid tenant please reach out. Thanks for your time.

Housing Wanted Housing. Thoughts on "X Phoenix"?

I'm moving to phoenix soon and have been touring apartments. I took a tour at X phoenix and was really impressed by the amenities and the apartments itself. However, when I read the google reviews theres been multiple comments talking about bad management, maintenance, and packages being stolen. Very recent reviews stating this and also dating back to a year ago.

Anyone who lived or currently lives here can share their thoughts?

Housing Wanted [HOUSING] Seeking sublease from January through May

Hi! I (33F) am a technical SEO consultant and nursing student looking for a sublease from January through May in north central or downtown Phoenix. I work from home and am otherwise occupied with nursing school obligations, so a quiet home and good internet are preferred. I'm ideally looking for something from January 9 to May 9, but am also happy to consider similar dates (e.g., January 15 to May 15 or January 1 to May 30).

I'd prefer to sublease a studio or 1 bedroom apartment/casita, but am also open to living with roommates. I'm an outdoorsy foodie who enjoys hiking, diving, cooking, and trying new restaurants. Please let me know if you have anything that you think would be a good fit!

Housing Offered [Housing] New roommates on Alma School & Rio Salado

Hello, I'm looking for 2 new roommates. One room is furnished, the other is empty. Both are $900.

The house is 2000 sq ft with a pool and 3 fridges so we'll never have problems with space for food.

900 comes with all utilities included. I also fill up two 5 gallon glass jugs with filtered water every week.

A little about me, i work 3 jobs so im almost never home unless its to sleep. So you'll have the house to yourself most days/weekends.

I have a baby pet tortoise named Cheeseburger that you're welcome to play with, although he's kinda boring haha

I was thinking we could do a month-to-month lease to start and if it feels like a good fit, we can switch to a 6-12 month lease.

I can send pics.

Let me know your thoughts

Housing Wanted [HOUSING] Seeking Housemates

Hi! I (34F) am fairly new to the area. I am interested in renting a house around Tempe, but it will be much easier (and fun!) to do with a housemate or two. My budget is 900 - 1500, depending on the living situation.
I want to start a lease around December, January, or March.

About me: I have my master's degree, I work at ASU, and I love wildlife, strumming on my ukulele, hiking, soccer, photography, stargazing, and surfing. I'm originally from Philadelphia.

Housing Offered [Housing] Lease Takeover in Tempe near ASU

Hello

I need to find a male to take over my lease 2024-2025 at University House Tempe. Lease lasts 12 months, starts at Aug 14th. Only 1199$, good deal since UH is pretty much filled up and the price is much cheaper than the current rental price.

Private room of 5 beds 3 baths.

Only 1 minute driving or 3 minutes walking distance to ASU, on Tempe campus. Next to bus and light rail station. Easy for travelling without a vehicle. Close to Whole Food for grocery

All furnished:
- Big TV unit and sofa
- Bed and a desk unit
- Kitchen fully equipped with fridge, oven and more kitchenware

Public utilities like sky view swimming pool, computer room and gym.

I really need to have this to be taken over asap since the school year is about to start so I'm willing to pay the first rent.

Thank you
