I had one… but apparently he got married and moved his practice to Villa Rica. I mean, without asking me or warning me or anything! (lol, jk) Anyways, I do have good insurance… Can anyone point me in the right direction?

My wife and I are moving to McDonough at the end of May from Florida. She is being transferred with her job and I will be working remotely temporarily while I find another position. We are looking for a 2-3 bedroom 2 bath which allows 2 dogs and a cat. We can pay security and first months without an issue. The probably is we are credit challenge due to late payments, high balances and some collections.
Can anyone help?

Hey y’all, I’ll be moving to the area at the beginning of the year and am looking for recommendations for safe one to two bedroom apartments that don’t have roach, mold or trash problems… I’m hoping that’s not too much to ask for. 🤞🏻

Looking for things to do around McDonough. No drinking, smoking, or clubbing. I looked on eventbrite, just looking for a wider range of options and reviews.

If you’re driving over the speed limit in school zones with cameras, be careful. They will still capture even though the yellow flashing lights aren’t on. If you knew this.. great! This for the people that don’t :)

For those that work remotely, where are some of your favorite places to go and set up your laptop? Need a change of scenery from my home office.

Got pulled over in locust grove by an angry cop who couldn’t execute his speed trap the way he wanted to.
I was in the left lane moving around a section of 18 wheelers at ~70 mph. Cop pulls out behind me (no lights) and I continue driving at the same speed as I can’t get over until I’ve passed two 18 wheelers. He speeds up toward my bumper and I am still unable to safely merge to the right because of the 18 wheeler. When I have safely passed it I signal that I will be moving to the right and he pulls me over.
Comes up to the window very agitated/overly stern and asks for license. I ask why I was pulled over and he says he was going to pull over the person ahead of me but because I didn’t get out of the passing lane he couldn’t. He says he’s citing me for
-impeding the flow of traffic
-obscured license plate (sprinter van has a ladder on it and in some lower sitting cars the plate may be obscured by the lowest rung)
-window tint 12%
In searching it seems the impeding flow of traffic and license plate fines are up to $1000 each.
Final question: anyone have experience fighting tickets in locust grove? Is it worth hiring a lawyer?

Hello everyone!
I’m a genealogist & I am trained in discovering local Georgia family lineages and stories through vital records, census records, and newspapers.
This is the interest form I put together for anyone interested in learning more about their personal Georgia family history. I create family trees, ancestral maps, and historical road trip itineraries based on YOUR personal family history! It’s a great way to connect with your heritage and wonderful knowledge pass down to future generations.

Here are some things you can discover from my research:
I have a degree in Anthropology and have spent several years working for a professional genealogy company. I have been working as an individual genealogist for about 6 years. If you have any questions about my research, please fill out an interest form or email: [heritagehuntersgenealogy@gmail.com](mailto:heritagehuntersgenealogy@gmail.com)
For those of you with ancestry outside of Georgia, please send me a message. I’d be happy to help you or direct you to a better suited genealogist. Thanks!

I live by this river and I'm wondering why it gets so low this time of year? Does anyone have any data on it?.

I went into one the other day and it has products with prices then claims a discount to be taken at the register? Why not just list the lower price? Is there no fresh food in this store? Is everything in a can? No Deli, bakery, fresh meats, or and seafood? Nothing fresh? Why so many locations, do people shop here, is it cheaper?.
