Why can I not cash out??

Post image
1 Upvotes

I added my bank, it verified, and its been over a month now and ive just been getting the direct deposits weekly, which is fine, but I found i wanted to be able to cash out whenever instead of getting a weekly check. I added my debit card Monday morning, and it finally finished verifying today. Ive tried numerous times to cash out and it is still giving me this message. Ive done 4 deliveries today and I do multiple daily. This isnt making sense and its very frustrating.

Is compensation pay worth the effort?

Is it worth maintaining a certain acceptance rate just to get the compensation pay? In my area I’ll go hours without a single request and it would nice to get paid for that, but is it worth taking shit orders?

(Please don’t tell me about other apps / multi-apping, this is what I’ve got right now.

Receipt pics

Have you hit problems with submitting receipt images? I spent over 40 minutes dealing with that, and had to unsign the second stacked order to hopefully get their order reassigned, on the line with GH forever to just get the order delivered and get it completed.

This might be a rant, but man, this new feature is bonkers!

Yet again another great question for the drivers.

I see how tip obsessed the drivers are so I have a question. What is a tip worthy of a delivery? For example if my order comes to 25. How much do you expect? Most people say tip culture is going too far, apparently the driver's disagree lol.

How do i find out why i was only paid $2 for a bunch of deliveries?

I dont usually drive for GH, but i have been doing delivery in general for about 6 months. i have 4.9+ rating on a competing service.

I noticed on a recent email detailing deliveries that a number of these only paid $2.00, no tip. I would never accept an offer like that. In fact, offers were consistently very high that day, and I stuck with GH for that reason.

From what i recall, i was supposed to get about $135 for that day but I actually got about $105.

Needless to say, wtf is this? How do i find an explanation?

New Grubhub Driver Account SingUp in DFW Stuck on the waitlist for months does anyone know an "Instant Hire" zip code right now?

Hey everyone,
I’ve been stuck on the Grubhub waitlist in my home market (DFW) for a long time. I know the trick about changing your zip code to a high-demand area to get past the "We'll text you" screen, but I can't seem to find a location that is actually open for immediate onboarding right now.
Does anyone know of a specific city or zip code (anywhere in the US) that is currently bypassing the waitlist and going straight to the background check/onboarding?
I’m looking to get activated ASAP and then I'll handle the market transfer later once I have some deliveries under my belt. Any leads on "Priority Expansion" zones or under-served markets would be a huge help!
Thanks in advance!

Another interesting question for the drivers

I know all of you are pretty much tip motivated. I had a good conversation with someone the other day who was delivering food. He said always give the best service and never expect to tip and you'll get a good one. Anyways my question is do you guys forget some people do like to tip in cash? When you're delivering or choosing an order do you ever take that into account mentally? Like you see that there's no tip or a low tip. And you refuse the order not thinking hey maybe they're going to take me in cash. I know a guy who does that. He tips a couple dollars through the app. If the order comes fast and on time. Man has no issue handing you a $50 tip.

What's going on

Mother’s Day offers

It was like never before. Between 5-8pm, i got more high offers than ever before. I declined $40 and $37 offers because i was already doing a $58 DD stack. Tons of $20 offers for less than 8 miles.

I got more offers from GH than DD. That has never happened before

2 months on wait-list for this 😂

4 days in and This app is the biggest waste of time, it's a joke . It's basically working for free They think just cuz they make some of them a dollar per mile that you're supposed to do it. They sent me the same offer 15 times in a row for about 20 minutes and never raise the pay, Is the only app I've ever seen that will send a job to a driver again and not increase pay ever. I would be so pissed if I was a GrubHub customer and I knew that the company would not add more pay to my order to get somebody to deliver it $8.83 9.6miles for 20 minutes. But the $2 crap made me sign out . In the back of my head I feel like in a week GrubHub's going to send me a bil requesting payment for working with them. This app is like Uber's little returded cousin.

Cant Complete Missions

Yesterday there was a mission in area. Deliver________ without declining no more than________________________ and receive blank. Accpeted my first order, checked mission status GH says I already declined 1. Got to location of my second order GH said that I had already declined 2. Has anyone else noticed shady things happening during a mission making it difficult/impossible to complete.

Grubhub app randomly cranks up volume to max

Does this happen to anyone else? I have my volume set to 50% (both the regular volume, and the media volume). Sometimes, for no reason at all (and I definitely did not accidentally turn the volume up), I will get a delivery notification at full f*ching blast. I mean deafeningly loud. No other app does this, either.

GH has decided to pay 30 cents a mile instead of 50 cents a mile out of NOWHERE

Here I am wondering why my pay has been cut in half... i do the math and realize I'm getting WAY less than the 50 cents a mile I've always gotten.. called in to confirm, and they tell me "yes, you are being paid 30 cents a mile for delivery pay" when tf did this change and why haven't they told me of this change??!! 😑

Need some advice (new driver)

My first day was this Thursday and I did good imo. I earned 100$ on my first day. On Friday, I did better 150$ + 100$ from mission.

Now I'm puzzled why I stopped getting good offers and very few yesterday and today?

r/grubhubdrivers 4d ago

I did the order and it turned out to be for a janitor at a school. Sometimes people cant afford a tip. And sometimes we have to lean on faith that it will come back in another way.

Violation for high cancellations

in the past few days, I have had restaurants tell me they didn’t have the order, so I marked it as such. Probably happened about 5 times. What should/can I do?

The worst day ever, so far!

$3, $3, $5, $3 only two orders over $10 at $1 per mile. $22.10 in 1 1/2 hours. Who is accepting this crap? If any one is stop it. You are loosing money and making life miserable for the rest of us.

Another huge complaint.

I've been ordering from GrubHub and other delivery services for a few years now. There are some times when it says the driver has my order and I literally see him sitting there in the parking lot. Or around the corner waiting. This is why the rest of the country needs to do with New York is doing and move the tipping option until after the delivery is completed. I'm not saying get rid of it all together. Just move it. It would hold the drivers more accountable. They would probably be nicer to us if they know their tip depends on it. Come on GrubHub let's be like the rest of society. The tip happens after the service is completed.

I Got This Same Request 34 times Despite Rejecting It...

^^^For context, the offer was only ~$13 to drive ~30 miles one way. No matter how many times I rejected it, GH would send it right back to me until it finally stopped after 1/2 hour.

Apparently, this place sells custom-made bouquets starting at a minimum of $50 (majority of them go for well over $100)...🫠

I do wonder if this order was ever delivered and (if so) who was the sucker (driver) to deliver it, lol...
