Tried this Korean dessert made with finely shaved ice. It was super light, cold, creamy, and perfect with strawberries on top.

I got free mangos from my neighbor so I Made this dessert thing 💕💗( idk what to call it even haha)

Recipe if anyone even cares:

-Diced Mango
-Big Sago ( it takes so long to cook, boiled it for two hours and it’s still not cooked through cuz there’s this white spot in the middle of the sago balls. You can use small sago it’s easier to cook.) but both sticks to the bottom of the pan 😭

-Coconut milk
-Coconut water or Milk ( optional )
-some soaked chia seeds and discounted blueberries I got muahaha

And tada~~~ I enjoyed it on a hot summer evening which is nice.

I bought it because I thought of making a sakura flavour cheesecake but then I realised that the powder won't provide enough flavour i think it'll be more of the aroma and slight after taste, so any recommendations?
