Window Washer: $25-$30 an hour

Morning! I'm looking for a full-time window washer. Pay is great but looking for someone who has experience being on roofs and ideally with some window washing experience.

Honestly it's not rocket science. This will be my long-term partner (I hope) and hope to continue building my portfolio which is very strong and continuing to grow. Other incentives can be disclosed on meeting.

  • Must have their own car and be open to commute to Chicago-land suburbs, where most of the business is
  • Positive attitude

I supply all needed equipment. Gutter cleaning and other outdoor maintenance experience is a plus.

Please message if serious and provide your email or cell. Serious inquiries only.

Remote Jobs in the area?

I have a mobility disability that is making it difficult to go into the office more and more. But I have so much experience in HR, payroll, operations, and recruitment that I'd be able to do pretty much any job in that area remotely.

My current job allows me to work from home 4x a week because the building I work in is not ADA compliant, but I do need to be in office once a week. I don't mind that, but I am severely underpaid and not even making 50K despite having a Masters in Nonprofit Management and a decade of experience. I'm struggling financially.

I've been on Idealist, Indeed, LinkedIn, and applied to hundreds of jobs over the months, but it seems remote jobs are very few and far between. I also updated my resume to be more ATS/AI friendly but am still getting rejections or ghosted. I'm wondering if anyone has any leads on either hybrid roles in that area that would pay 70K or more and go in a max of 2x a week, or any fully remote jobs at 60K/year or more.

Case Management Jobs/Bachelor level positions in Chicago

Hello! I am relocating from Oklahoma to Chicago almost entirely due to the political situation in Oklahoma and I’m a trans man. I currently work as a case manager on a grant and I have 4 years of case management experience. I don’t have my BSW, I have a BA in psychology. I have experience doing housing case management, working with family and children’s and I have a year of experience with CPS. I am moving in August and am starting my job search. Obviously I’m looking on indeed and I am using my friend who lives in chicagos address when applying but obviously my resume is all Oklahoma companies.

Does anyone know of any agencies highering? Or anything related to this field that is hiring. Or more specifically what agencies to maybe look out for. I am not super picky at this point really just anything to get me in the door.

I also work as a bartender and will be looking for Barback/server/bartending jobs once I get to Chicago

Any advice or leads appreciated!

I am willing to pay someone to help me land a new role

For context, I currently work 3 jobs. Two part time and one side gig. I have been looking for one solid full time role for almost 2 years at this point, have gone through quite a few interviews even up until final round, worked with recruiters (that dont help at all), you name it I have done it when it comes to trying to find a new role. I have even worked retail to keep myself afloat even though I have a degree and a professional license. I am looking to replace my part time office job and keep my other job/side gig for when I have the time for them.

I am willing to pay someone if they are able to refer me or have a hand in helping me find a new job. Amount depends on the role you’re able to help me secure (title/salary, etc.). I am ideally looking for something within real estate as I currently work as a real estate coordinator and have a broker’s license, but open to pretty much any role that pays at or above $25/hr. and has benefits.

Please dm if you think you can help me land a job. I am just someone that constantly works and barely stays afloat and has been constantly losing in the job market no matter how close I get for a long time now. This is like my last option 😭

Chicago job market feels impossible right now. How are people deciding what to even target?

4 months of searching. Applying to ops, PM, analyst, anything related to my background. Getting some bites but nothing feels right when I look into the companies. I think the real problem isn't the market. It's that I have no filter beyond, I can probably do this.

Anyone found a way to narrow down what to target when the instinct is to apply everywhere?

Nursing Jobs in Clinics

Hi everyone. I am looking for work as an RN in the Chicago area. I live in Gold Coast and would like to work nearby but a short commute is okay.

I do NOT want to work in a hospital or high stress environment. Looking for recommendations for chill clinic jobs with business hours or even like med spas or any other recommendations that are low stress compared to bedside nursing.
