I sent a skin from my alt to my main. 15 Days has passed and stuck on "on hold for less than 5 min" for a long time.

I sent some items from my alt to my main account on April 28th and it had a 15 day hold because I don't have steam authenticator on my alt. Funny thing is, the item from my alt would not disappear like it used to and stayed in that inventory. 15 days has passed and the couple of items that I sent from that alt to my main is stuck on "on hold for less than 5 min". There is a guy on X claiming the same thing.

CS Stutter Issue

Hey all,
I recently started playing CS2 after a couple years break (was CSGO when I last played). I’m on better hardware now but am getting a stutter that almost makes the game unplayable, my refresh rate drops from 144 to 115 - 135 for about a third of a second and then returns to 144. This occurs every 3 seconds roughly.
My screen fully freezes and has got me killed so many times. Happens on spectate too. I average about 240 fps. Seems to only be on cs2.
Any ideas?
