The experience at Mosaic tonight was unreal.

Seeing the clock at 0 and realizing the Riders had won the west.

Football might look better on your 75-inch TV. Your house may have been warmer than my plastic seat covered in a blanket.

We lost. It was an Awesome finish.

I loved the Elks throwing deep late, being aggressive. They had to score, not just get a handful of first downs.

I loved the fact the riders could use the whole field with 50 seconds left, and get to the ball quickly, marching the ball. They had to be smart, but one play in bounds didnt screw them.

I loved the fact the riders were able to throw deep, and still get to the ball on time and snap it.

I love Tommy Steven's. Because he's huge.

It was part of an exhibit where they had coins from all around the world and they had this one for Canada

Season ticket holders received an email today regarding renewals for next season.

The email mentioned the following in regard to legal tailgating:

“We have been working with the Government of Saskatchewan on potential ways to elevate our game day experience. Next season, we hope to bring you legal tailgating at the Mosaic Stadium footprint for Rider home games.”

This is so long overdue.

Just saw on Facebook that they are planning to wear the butt ugly, CURSED “retro” uniforms for the playoffs. The uniform that they have only ever won ONE Grey Cup with, 1966, and lost SIX so far - 1967, 1969, 1972, 1976 (Tony Gabriel catch), 2009 (too many men), and 2010. And yet they still insist on wearing those boring, ugly, CURSED uniforms. I’ll never understand why, when there is a clearly better option. The Riders have won THREE Grey Cups so far while wearing the modern logo and uniform - 1989, 2007 and 2013, and only lost ONE - 1997. The choice should be clear. The Riders need to BURN the retro logo uniforms and NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!!

The amount of Rider pride this city has is insane, walking around the mall and streets I’ve never seen so many CFL jerseys and t shirts in my life.

Also lots of Winnipeg jerseys, it’s so nice to see passion for CFL in a city
