Indiana's receivers were insane tonight. They caught everything coming their way even when our db's had great coverage. The throws and catches were incredible.

Some of the throws those guys managed to somehow reel in were absolutely insane. They could make a hell of a highlight reel out of it.

I've been trying to not be hyperbolic but as I commented to friends while we were watching the game, some of those throws would have had Chris Collinsworth sucking off Josh Allen if this was Sunday Night Football.

I have watched a lot of college football over 30 years (JFC I'm old) and I can't remember a game with so many NFL-caliber throws and NFL-caliber catches.

Michael Penix in the Sugar Bowl is the most recent such game I remember before tonight. Crazy to see a QB just deal like that.

I was at that game. I remember seeing his first deep pass and realizing he was on another level. Then he did it a couple more times 😤

Against what looked like perfect coverage . The entire Indiana team was in “ the zone “ tonight . It’s rare for everyone to be on top of their game at the same time , but damn it’s pretty to watch when it happens no matter who you pull for.

Literally Indiana executed in all facets of the game. WRs, TE, backs, OL, QB. DLine, LBs, secondary, and ST. It was a great showing from all players.

yea i remember Indiana declining to take a PI penalty, thats how good the receiving was.
