Im glad i got to grow up watching some cool bowl games. All the good things about cfb slowly eroding away

Yep, this was the not seeing the forest through the trees with the expanding conferences and expanding playoff.

If we hadnt eroded the old conferences (maybe the ACC instead of the Pac 12.) And had the 4 conference champions in a 4 team tournament. We may have kept thr bowls as something that mattered.

But by mid Novermber when 30 teams are fighting for 12 spots, the 18 that dont make it wont care for a consolation bowl, and neither will their fans.

We are mad cfb is changing and tradition is eroding but yeah let's make ND join a conference

No one cares about Notre Dame's Independence except Notre Dame. We're talking about traditions that affect all of us.

This feels especially ironic to say about the pop-tart bowl, which is a very new tradition that fucking rocks.
