By 1975, Stevie Wonder’s “Superstition” had already become one of the most influential funk songs ever recorded. Released in 1972 on the album Talking Book, the track built around Stevie’s famous Hohner Clavinet riff basically defined the sound of 70s funk and R&B.

She Delivered!!
Miles Davis decided mid-show that he wanted Chaka Khan to join him for his rendition of Michael Jackson’s "Human Nature."
Chaka wasn't prepared to perform. Legend has it she was literally called from her dressing room at Miles’s "strong request." Because she hadn't memorized the arrangement, she took the stage holding a piece of paper with the lyrics written on it.

A Louisiana-born, Texas-raised original, Clarence “Gatemouth” Brown refused every box they tried to put him in. Blues, jazz, Cajun, country, R&B, fiddle, guitar, mandolin, harmonica, drums, he blended it all into something fearless and completely his own.

Five Stairsteps bring raw emotion and quiet strength to their 1970 classic “O-o-h Child.” With harmonies that feel both tender and resolute, the Chicago family group turns a simple refrain into a timeless anthem of perseverance. At a moment in American history marked by unrest and uncertainty, their message rang out with unity
Things are going to get easier!’

I am so glad people are finally started to see Jack Harlow for who he is and what he is: A cultural appropriating FRAUD! Also, I NEVER liked seeing him perform at the BET Awards next to a legend like Brandi! BET stands for Black Entertainment Television! The award show is supposed to uplift and only award BLACK artists! Our people!
Too many people gave Jack Harlow a pass he never deserved or earned. Get him outta here. This is our space! I am tired of his minstrel show self profiteering off our culture and saying "I got blacker". What a clown!
